APPLICATION EQUIPMENT :spray gun: 50-120 psi at the gun, or conventional paint roller.
POT LIFE :75°F 3-4 hours depending on temperatures and humidity.
HOW TO APPLY:-
Clean the surface well and make sure there will be no dust or oil or grease on surface of glass.
Shake or stair well before spray the paint on object.
Spray this paint on glass with spray gun at 45 to 50 PSI.
Recoat: 5-10 minutes. It means there must be gape of 5 to 10 minutes between 2 coats so that it will give you maximum adhesion on object.
DRYING TIME:
To Touch: 30 minutes-1 hour
To Handle: 2-3 hours
Dry: 24-48 hours
These conditions do not mean that paint has reached full cure. It is a stage where handling can be achieved without loosening, wrinkling or otherwise marring the paint under minimal pressure from fingers or hands. Drying time listed may vary, depending on film build, color selection, temperature, humidity and degree of air movement.
Paint is not fully cured for 7 days relative to the above conditions.
Application of film thickness in excess of that recommended for this product will substantially extend dry time.
APPLICATION LIMITATIONS:
Apply only when air, product or glass surface temperature is above 15°celsius and below 45°celsius Apply only when glass surface temperature is at least 10° Celsius above the dew point.
